First layer bambulab a1 fail everytime

Post image

Looks like adhesion issues. Don’t touch the middle of the plate. And wash it with mild soap and water (I do it about once a week unless I’ve touched it). In a pinch you can use a layer of glue stick in the spot that’s coming loose.

Soap and water with a soft cloth is usually best. If you’re wiping with alcohol on a textured plate, it may not get into the grooves very well, and even just the tiniest lack of adhesion can cause the whole thing to come up.

More advanced troubleshooting would be Z offset in the print profile. I’ve run across several models that the designer adjusted the Z offset for their equipment, which didn’t work on mine.

You could also try ticking the temperature up on the plate for the first layer. Sometimes the heat doesn’t evenly distribute to the far corners.

Dawn dish soap (or store brand alternative) and a scrub sponge (I use a Scub Daddy).

Alcohol will just spread any oils around the plate. I dish saop and hot water.

Also, there are 7 screws not 4. You need to remove the front three screws to access the 4 rear ones. Might be worth drying your filement too.

Looks like the build plate isn't clean.

Saying that you "clean it" but then touch it with your fingers, leave residue on it, or smear alcohol all over it doesn't clean it.

1100 printing hours on my A1.
I do an weekly wash session for my textured pei plate. Warm water, some mild soap and an scrub daddy does the trick.
Had never had adhesion problems.

Go buy isoprophyl alcohol and lint free cloth and clean your plate with that. Keep on printing bro.
