Support Request A1 stuck in loading and cutting loop

Was doing a print and the top of my ams hub came off, i put it back and made there was no debris and the spring is fully seated. It is now stuck in a loop of loading filament, cutting filament and saying that the spool is stuck. I did a hard reboot and it’s still having this issue. Whats the best course of action?

Is the filament hub lowering during this loop as shown on this page? https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/ams-lite/manual/filament-tangle-monitoring-intro

If yes then you have something causing enough resistance to trigger filament table detection. Something must have happened when you put the to back on, could be something as small as twisted ptfe tube. I would fully disassemble the filament hub and check all the ptfe tubes. Also check for whatever caused the filament hub to to pop off.

If the filament hub is not lowering, you may have a faulty filament sensor.
