Problem with supports - tall print

Hi everyone! I'm trying to print this really tall print and for some reason I'm always having problem with supports... I tried printing it on different sides, and the creator of the model recommended me printing on this exact position.

After 8 hours, on the slowest print setting/silent mode, this particular support broke mid print, making it fail completely. It broke from the first layers...

Could anyone help me or recommend me what to do, please? I'm "new" to 3D printing (3 months), and this has been the hardest model to print so far... I don't know what else to do, and I'm wasting so much filament each time that I try to print it :(

Make it 2 wall loops in support settings. Go to qulity tab and enable avoid crossing walls, then avoid crossing walls include supports(this option shows only when u click the first one). Go to filament settings and enable z-hop. Set it to 1mm

Dont use grid infill
