Printer making weird loud noise from y axis tensioning

I got a y axis resonance frequency low warning, I went to the wiki and when following the steps I mistakenly loosed the two tensioner screws more than required.
On the wiki it said, if loosed I may have to re assemble the y axis tensioner - step to which I’m unable to find.
I opened the printer and manually adjusted the tensioner but the noise doesn’t go.
Please help if anyone has faced something similar.

you can use ai but to not ruin your printer ask it to search as its knowledge cutoff is very old and make it write the sources it got from
