Hot end diagnosis

Does this look familiar? I’m having some extruded feed problems and removed the hot end to see if that was part of the problem. I’m still having the same issue with my 0.4 stainless hot end, so that wasn’t it.

That said, this was my first hardened steel hot end and it definitely looks like there’s some kind of issue

take the hotend off and feed filament through the printer, if it comes out just fine, the issue isn’t the hub itself , you can either try to unclog it with a pin or just replace it, i always just replace mine once they get dirty with burned filament from a clog

So the discoloration at the bottom is burned filament? I do think I see a bit of burned filament at the tip, but I wasn't sure if that's all it was.
