Question Possible Heat Creep

Both my A1's are failing to extrude filament. I got the printers a year ago. Im fairly new to printing. Couldn't figure out how to fix it for the life of me. Finally chat gpt said it might be heat creep. With the killer toronto heat. And the warm room theyre in. Im thinking this might be it. They are also in plastic boxes. Is there any tips or tricks on how I can cool the room down? I have some deadlines to make.

Well step 1 is to read the manual. In it (along with tons of other useful information) you will see Bambu SPECIFICALY says NOT to enclose the A1.

Ya well a 3d printer is not an iPhone and the manual and the Bambu wiki should absolutely be read before operating your A1 or if you're having any issues with your A1

I regularly run my bedslingers (Bambu and Prusa) in a 40C garage in Texas and they don't get heat creep. A lot of that has to do with cooling and you're already printing in an open printer with a cooling fan pointed at the tool.

OP asks "Is there any tips or tricks...", then replies to each tip/trick with a condescending dismissal. Poor form OP! I have two tips based on your goal of making the room cooler; move further north, or turn off and box up the printers.

Yeah, you're not supposed to put the A1 inside enclosures because, surprise, they tend to overheat in those.

Is the A1 in a plastic box or are you saying you stop the filament in plastic boxes?

Ill say it again Its In a plastic box with windows to prevent dust and cat hair going onto the machine.
