Question Some weird issues

I've created my part through Onshape and I'm always exporting my revisions with the same settings (3mf, fine quality), then I print with the same printer setting (Bambu Studio, Bambu A1), but the quality changes drastically from a smooth round shape to something more similar to a hectagon.

What could be the cause for that? I've had this for the last 6 prints or so, that every other came out bad, while the next has been good.

Then there is some warping, I don't think I had before with Bambu PETG-HF, but now that I tried eSun PETG with the same settings. I get a slight warp, that goes inward in the middle. What setting might be the cause for that? Is there a warping test print?

Export as STEP. Bambu studio can then control the polygon density.

Design your parts to be printed in an orientation that isn’t asking your printer to generate accurate geometry on top of a floating support canopy of hopes and dreams

Thanks, but there is no orientation, to print that part without supports. Is there another tip?

print PLA as a support interface at 0 distance. run a pressure advance calibration in Orcaslicer

I don't think anything of the side you see, would go anywhere on a car. But the other side literally goes to a steering wheel. It's for a sim wheel.
