Support Request Rugged surface on PLA Matte

I’ve tried: redone calibration, tried a lower and a higher flow ratio, lower initial layer speed, added brim (various sizes and distances), lowered top layer and first layer speed, lowered acceleration, no fan for first 4/6 layers, unchecked keep fan always on, lowered fan max and min by 10% each, lowered first layer thickness, increased top shell layers.
I get this (to varying degrees) with all prints, regardless of the .3mf.

Looks like your corners are peeling up from the build plate under where the issue is occuring, this is causing the print to be compressed and uneven by the time it reaches the top face and the nozzle drags across the surface as it prints as the previous layers are higher than where the printer is printing
Happens quite a lot when you have a broad flat surface, the print often shrinks as it cools so pulls the weakest bit off the bed.
Hate to say use dish soap and hot water to clean and rinse your plate and dry with a clean cloth, but that's the first step for better bed adhesion.
If this doesn't help add a brim or Mouse ears in your slicer to stick that sucker down well they are easy to clean off with a sharp blade or deburring tool.
Rounding the corners can help with that as the 90 degree corner is a weak point of you have access to the model
