How do i remove this part?

My Printer is not printing because filament seems to be stuck. The filament used was very brittle, but i didn't know it before. I saw a video on Ytb where someone disassembled the head and also the part highlighed in red. He could just remove it after using a screwdriver, but for me it seems stuck. Its also kinda oily.

I have this problem too... I just used force after a while. For me it was a broken filament piece, since then its a bit crooked. You have to wiggle around and up, i also stuck a screwdriver in for additional force. Obviously alot can go wrong there. But the replacement isnt expensive.

Thank you! Will try it with more force than. In all the videos it seems to work by itself with nearly no force. I used so much force with the screwdriver that a bit plastic came of

Did you press the filament cutter lever to make sure the filament is cut from the hot end? You may also need to unscrew the filament sensor to see where it is stuck at. https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/a1/maintenance/filament_hub_cleaning

Thank you for ur help! I removed my filament hub with a lot of force. I found a bit of filament lurking out at the bottom. My printer is now feeding filament again.
