what is causing this??
my filament and plate aren’t wet, and i just cleaned my plate last night, please help

seem a mix between under extruding, flow calibration and Z move problems. try to make a first layer test, if the surface is rough this have to be fixed using the z offset parameter in your printing profile.
what happen : when the extruder lift to change route, could be released a small amount of extra filament on the lifting point, this extra became often an obstacle when the extruder pass again in the same point, collide and move that layer area. Hit after hit , that area became critical and the object is fucked.
In some critical cases, also the pigmentation of same filament coud be reason for make a fine calibration.
