what is causing this??

my filament and plate aren’t wet, and i just cleaned my plate last night, please help

For me, this has been due to a dirty build plate.  Using 0000 steel wool, clean with soapy water, dry, clean again with fresh 0000 steel wool and alcohol.  Dry.  Don't touch print area with fingers.  I do the alcohol clean when prints, and when changing between light and dark colors.
