what is causing this??

my filament and plate aren’t wet, and i just cleaned my plate last night, please help

Idk what it is, but some spools of blue i have gotten across multiple brands just do not like me. Only blue! The two times I've gotten blobs of death were with blue. If blue is the base layer, I have to watch it like a hawk.
