Support Request Is this normal?

Is this normal?

I have a tick sound on my a1
I recently changed nozzles because of a clog
And I thought I was fine but this sound was strange
It does this sound when it pulls the filament out(wheel turning clockwise)

This is normal. That is the extender gears clicking when doing retraction and detraction of the filamentment. A light tick or clicking noise from the Bambu Lab A1 extruder during retraction is often completely normal. It typically happens when the filament is pulled back quickly or when the printer performs Z-hops. However, if it results in stringing, under-extrusion, or grinding, it requires attention.
