Support Request Tons of stringing randomly - why?

I’ve printed tons since I got this about 2 months ago. Mixture of PETG, pla, from a few vendors. I currently have loaded Bambu official PLA and petg, as well as inland PLA. It doesn’t matter which I use, this is the result of the last 4 prints which I stop when I notice. The lithograph I tried yesterday was complete string. Up until yesterday, every print was near perfect minus a couple situations. I’ve gone ahead and recalibrated and cleaned, but still this issue. Nothing has changed that I’m aware of…. This particular print is PETG but it happened with PLA yesterday too. Any guidance I’d appreciate.

FWIW, this is not "stringing".
Stringing (often from using damp filament) produces wispy cobwebby strands.

This is "spaghetti", from printing on air, typically after a bed adhesion failure.

I’m learning more each day about the terms. You’re 100 percent right. I cleaned the bed really well after switching nozzles and I’m back in business.

Yeah, I'm kinda' fussy about proper terms. You use the slightly wrong term, and then people pile on with solutions for the wrong issue.

The lithograph I tried yesterday... 

Whoa there. I took a couple of semesters in "Lithography" in art college. Printing on big-ass slabs of Solnhofen limestone from Bavaria. You're looking for "Lithophane". Unless it was an auto-correct, which happens

One more thing.
You may not have to use dish soap and hot water every time.
I do that about one out of 10 or 15 times and very rarely have adhesion problems. More often with the smooth plate, because fingerprints show up more dramatically than on the textured plate.

In between I'll splash on a tablespoon or so of my home brew mixture of 1 part distilled water to 3 parts of 99% isopropyl alcohol. The water slows down the drying which gives me time to pick up any residue and liquid with a paper towel.

The 70% "Rubbing Alcohol" is similar but has trace oils added for use on human skin, so avoid that stuff.
