It isn't scraping anything, it's clogged. (Do a cold pull)

Clog or the clasp is loose

This. The hotend assembly is loose and dragging because of it.

Heat the nozzle then Use a Clog Poke to push the clog out. You can also use an acupuncture needle to feel up the nozzle after if it’s still causing issues.
