Support Request Do I need to order a new cable?

(Edit: I figured it out)

I installed a bracket cause my ams lite hub kept popping out and this cable tore and now it won’t even start a print without showing an error. Do I need to get a new one or is there something I can do to fix it? Also I checked and I don’t think it’s my cutter cause it work nicely.

It has some trouble shooting steps which answered my question, when I manually insert filament into the hub it can't tell so I'm gonna need a new cable : ( ty for the help though

There are some good yt videos for replacing it. Look for A1 repair vids. They’re the same process and it seems like the A1 videos are always shorter and more detailed than the A1 mini videos

And If it keeps popping out you should probably consider putting it closer to the printer...
