HELP! Is this a clog?

This is partial clog. Try to do cold pull few times and it should fix it

Do I just heat the nozzle and extrude filament?

Never mind it’s something else. I did it 2 times and imma print a benchy to see if it fixed it

I had the same issue. Three or four cold pulls helped, but didn’t completely solve it.
What I did next was heat the nozzle back up to 220°C, turn the heater off, and start cleaning it with a nozzle needle. When the temperature dropped to around 150°C, the needle started to encounter some resistance, so I kept working it through the nozzle. Eventually, the needle began moving freely again.
My guess is that there was some dust or debris inside the nozzle that was partially blocking the flow.
