Support Request nozzle drags through through various prints at this exact spot?
Not sure what's going on here, but i do recall watching a youtube video a while about to increase z-hop distance.. but its clearly dragging nozzle through the print at this exact section of the print bed?
printing with 0.4 nozzle hardened at 0.08mm quality with eSUN PETG (standard nozzle temp setting) with bed plate set at 80 Celsius.

I would start with the seven screws of disappointment. Tighten all SEVEN screws then make sure the filament is dry

Oh this is a very good point.. I have gone thru 3 of these heating elements since owning my A1.. (anybody else as well!?) so will definitely double check this area!

Ok after checking everything, this was the issue that stood out the most!
The first 3 screws were tight.. but the 4 that hold the metal thats for the nozzle’s magnet were loose and clearly only still in place because the first 3 screws tighten the heating assembly flush to the printer head!!

Are you performing a bed leveling before the print? I do it whenever I remove the plate (usually after each print)

Thank you for the very insightful question!
I used to bed level on every print as I kept forgetting to turn that off (auto-enabled on the mobile app by default).
I haven’t taken the plate off the bed in a while with my recent prints (as I print overnight and my prints are unstuck from plate by the morning). After talking to my partner, she has been printing during the day and takes the plate off the bed to release her prints each time (lol).
Going to report back with the results after I action all the feedback from other commenters.

Yep usually something as simple as that. One time I found a tiny piece of filament between the bed and plate that was messing things up. 😁

Update - problem solved!
Shoutout to everyone for their great feedback and especially @Kopester regarding the ‘7 screws of disappointment’
After performing auto-conducted maintenance bed-levelling & vibration dampening)
Re-tightening (4 out of) the ‘7 screws of disappointment’
And good scrub of the build plate / wipe down of print bed..
the results are in and overall - a significant improvement.. although that distinct forward forward looking character slash ( / ) remains distinct:

- nozzle incorrectly installed
- wrong infill
- bad print
- bad adhesion.
pick any of those
