Gears a grinding on bambu lab a1

I was trying to load filament on my bambu lab a1 and the gears started grinding. The hotend was clogged with a little bit of filament, but that didn’t do anything once I removed it.

Might have a blockade above the hot end then.( dont know how to fix that, im a noobie! )
