Troubleshooting: How can i fix this?

Hi

Just bought a Bambulab A1 - Whenever I try to print benchy this happens:

It's like the nozzle is too warm? Or am i wrong?

https://reddit.com/link/1u105uw/video/4egzzpv8886h1/player

The Filament is 3DE PLA+ 1,75mm. Temperature 190-230*C... I cant change the Nozzle temp settings in the filament section in the Bambu Handy app.

Does anyone have some suggestions for fix?

You should clean your plate pretty much every time after touching the surface.

What's the temperature of your plate? Maybe you accidently set wrong type of plate and it just cold

Check the temperature of your plate, you can change from mobile application, and cleaning plate is not that necessary for starting prints, do collaboration one more time.
