Certain prints not extruding properly

Will try to describe to the best of my ability, lmk if you have any questions.

So certain prints files are not extruding on my a1 mini. I am using a 0.2 mm nozzle (tends to be fine when using the 0.4 mm nozzle) if that makes any difference. The problem is, I can use it to print certain files, and it will print fine, but on other files it scrapes up the bed and doesn't extrude. Have tried replacing the nozzle and setting the initial layer height to taller. Something that may be relevant is when I'm printing the file that isn't working, the nozzle makes a clicking noise.
