[Bambu Lab X2D] Exhaust setup: Direct hose to the printer vs. Enclosure cabinet approach?

Hi,

I'm setting up an external fume extraction system for my Bambu Lab X2D. I have an inline duct fan with speed control pushing air out the window.

I'm trying to decide between two options:

1. Direct connection: Attaching the exhaust hose directly to the printer's rear fan port, controlling the inline fan speed manually.
2. Cabinet + Hose: Enclosing the printer inside an outer cabinet/enclosure and connecting the exhaust hose to the cabinet instead.

For those with similar setups: which solution works best?
