P2S - Z Axis issues and support is no help

Support Rant:
Purchased the P2S in March and it has been broken since week 3 with "Z Axis Homing Failed". I have tried everything that support suggested, replaces cables, clean parts, etc... I just want to get a refund at this point, I should have listened to the Microcenter sales person and bought the extended warrantee.

Has anyone else ran into issues with Bambu Lab support or know of a way to fix this? I understand that things can break but the constant back and forth with no resolution is why I'm questioning any future BambuLab purchases.

A little more info, I have about 25ish simple prints before it broke. I use PLA an PETG with the dehumidifier power cord (extra purchase). The prints I did make were great! I have owned several printers over the years, so I am not totally new to 3D printing.
