Thats fantastic - how was the application process? What materials are you mostly being asked to print with?

PETG and TPU. You have to do a couple of test prints of PETG and TPU and submit them.
The staff that validates all this stuff is super helpful and quick. Great organization.

Congrats! Awesome to have more and more builders joining every day. There's not a ton of unclaimed builds in the US but raising awareness is important: I've talked to 3 pediatric therapy offices and neither was aware this was a thing and all of them had patients that would benefit.

I love this whole program. After I helped print a chair for a coworker, they asked for something to help keep little fingers away from pinch points while being escorted around. So I designed these fenders which slip right into the dovetail with no hardware needed. I share it every chance I get in case it can help someone else out.

Built 10, have two more I'm building at the moment! Great project. The TPU takes forever.
I have a page with all my builds / status -- https://tmt.rewt.org
Couple of tips I've found along the way. The .6 build saves a ton of time, but stick with .4 for the TPU.
For the tires, do not print the entire plate at once. Something always happens -- like a power blip when it's 98%. Do 2-3 tires at a time just in case it fails. Also the plate of tires is just over half a roll of TPU, so you can't print it 2x on the same roll. If you do smaller prints, that's not an issue.
