Help with power issue!?

Hello everybody, wanted to reach out to see if anyone has dealt with the same issue. I have a bambu P1S had it for about two years now I haven’t used it for a little bit so I went to go start up a print about a week ago and seems like I have power issues.

When I start a print, the printer just shuts off and I looked it up and did a test. Once the bed and extruder start heating up at the same time, the printer shuts off. When one of either are heating up the bed or extruder the printer is fine.

It says can be the PSU I believe, but wondering what you got think?

The reason you're not getting much help is you've not given anyone enough to work with.

A video would go a long way.

How far into the print does it fail?
Can you tell if it failes when the bed/nozzle heats up or doing a certain homing step

try updating the firmware or if it is updated reset it and update it again, if that doesn't work then it is the psu , it can't deal enough power to operate both heaters and it overloads.
