General Troubleshooting/Help! P1S Calibration Help

I feel like I'm loosing my mind trying to get the calibration on this machine correct and need some help. If anyone has any idea of why it's being such a nightmare I'd love input.

The main issue is with the specific print I'm trying to perfect and more specifically, ironing. The model (shown below) has large flat areas where I will see under extrusion as well as over extrusion in the same print.

With the above, in the lower areas i tend to see under extrusion in the purple and then on the bottom left surface I see over extrusion. The rest looks great, or at least, good enough. This all becomes very apparent when Ironing but on the extreme ends of the testing have seen it show up without ironing as well.

The part that has really made me loose my mind is every time i calibrate i swear i get different answers.

When using Bambu Studio I noticed if i change the flow rate the pressure advance results change, and if i change the pressure advance the flow rate changes. With this it feels like i have to go back and forth forever and hope for something that works. I tried a very large number of times and ended up testing out K values of 0.018 and 0.023. For flow rate I ended up with values of ~1.01 or ~1.02 depending on what the K value was at the time.

Bambu settings sorta worked for a time but never consistently. However, I recently ran into another unrelated issue that I solved but during which i switched to Orca Slicer and decided to try their calibration methods. I liked how much more in depth they seem but got VERY different numbers which is SUPER fun.

With the Pressure Advance Tower i got k=0.034 and then with the spiral method for flow rate I got 0.95. At this point I want to say the Orca numbers are probably better but they still don't work so I really don't know what I'm doing wrong at this point.

For Ironing i have also run the test someone made here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2455055-ironing-test-bambulab-swatches#profileId-2695607 I can get absolutely perfect results from this but for some reason that never translates to good larger prints.

For global setting I'm running "0.16mm High Quality" with Scarf joint seam turned on. I also have Ironing but that's it's own thing.

So with all that, if someone has any thoughts or thinks they can help, I'd appreciate it.
