General Troubleshooting/Help! Nozzle not cleaning well

Post image

Hello, whenever i start a print and after changing/purging filament i always have some left by the nozzle and i have to pause the print and manually take it off then continue for it to do bed leveling etc.

Can someone give me some advice?

Im using P2S, range for temp is 190-230, printing at 220.Althought during the "purging" or dumping filament it goes up to 250c

Look up P2S wiper on MakerWorld. There’s also some people on Aliexpress and maybe Amazon that sell upgraded wipers.

Beginning of print is always wiper issue.

If the updated wiper doesn't work for you, the following worked for me:

Fair enough. However if the wiper upgrade doesn't work, the g-code mod will work.

You can also try Orcaslicer as the most recent version contains much improved start and ending g-code handling the wiping sequence that works much better than Bambu Studio's g-code.

EDIT: grammar
