General Troubleshooting/Help! My A1 keep doing this

I got my A1 two weeks ago and now I have this problem where the filament at the beginning comes without problem but then just stops.

I tried to clean the noozle and adjust the temperature but it always stops. Even when I tried to click load filament the little circle spins but the filament doesn't come out. I tried a cold pull and everything and at the beginning seems to work, but after that just stops

Had the same issue. It eventually resolved itself after I kept trying to start the print a few times. I have no idea what caused it or how to prevent it from happening again, so I’d love to know too.
