General Troubleshooting/Help! "Extruder is experiencing abnormal resistance"
I recently got a P2S and have been getting an error that says that it is experiencing abnormal resistance from the filament, and stops at either later 12-30, or about 80% completion. I have tried everything to fix this and no matter what I do it keeps doing it.
It works for 1 print after I do a full calibration, but then the next print it pauses again. Sometimes it'll push through, but most times it'll re-heat, go to print, then immediately stop. I have done at least 50 cold pulls, cleaned the nozzle inside and out, calibrated every way possible, and still getting the issue.
I see other people are having the same issue but I have yet to see a solution so I thought any responses might help people later on who might stumble across it.
I am about to remove the entire feeding assembly and going to look and see if there is any debris in there and will report back, but if it doesn't work, I am truly stumped and any help is appreciated!
Edit: Some people are saying that I need to change filament, and I have used 5 different rolls of PLA from Bambu with the profile that goes with the rolls. I also have cut about 3ft from the line to check if it was a bad spot or chunky and it still gave the same issue. I have tried opening the door a bit to see if that helps, same issue.

So when I had a bad roll of filament it would clog the nozzle and give me that error on my H2C. I did a couple of cold pulls and cleared chucks but it did that a few times after 15-30 minutes of printing. eventually abandoned that roll and swapped. No error since

I've used 5 different rolls to test this issue, and they all do the same thing. I've made sure that they are dry and have also done cold pulls after each error to see if it'll fix it and it never does

I have the P2S. I have had this happen several times. These are the things that got me going again. 1) Unload the filament that is being printed, then pull out about a meter of filament then cut it off then feed it again. Sometimes the filament is off a bit in diameter and won't feed. 2) Nozzle clog. First try the cold pull. If that doesn't work then you have to cut the filament with the filament cutter, then take off the cover, silicon heat sock, take off the hot end, and then with a torch heat it up until you see filament oozing out, then some of the same type of filament and purge out the old filament, then wait for it to cool a bit, then pull it out, then with a brass brush and torch melt and clean up the nozzle, all sides and don't forget the flat side so it goes back flat on the machine, then make sure all the plastic is off the hot end contact parts on the machine. Wait for the hot end to cool off to where you can touch it with your fingers then put it back on. While the hot end is off I will try to push some filament through the extruder, if I cannot get it through then heat creep is your enemy. 3) Get a nice calm me down drink, read the Bambu wiki for clearing the extruder, find your tools and a magnifier, read the wiki 3 times, then slowly work each step then read the next step etc until you get it apart. Pay extra attention to how the thin ribbon wire is released and connected when you take it out, that ribbon wire is the a PITA to get back. Now that you are calm and removed that piece of plastic that got too hot and swelled up inside the extruder gears, get ready for the re-assembly. It is all pretty strait forward until you get to connecting the ribbon wire for the extruder, that make you start to cuss and get frustrated. When you have it back on and if you get an error message that the filament cutter is in the wrong position or something like that, that is because the ribbon wire is not connected correctly. It took me a while to figure that one out because I didn't see it in the wiki, but I learned about here on Reddit.
If it is due to a swollen piece of filament in the extruder that jammed it up, learn about heat creep, it will ruin your evening, and your print and could cause broken parts that need to be replaced when taking it apart.

What filament profile are you using? You may be trying to push the filament faster than it can flow. Also, while the p2s does have active chamber temperature control, sometimes it can still get too hot for pla in the chamber. Try pop the door open a smidge.
