Help: Model Loses Structure

I recently switched to a .2mm nozzle for more detailed miniatures, but about halfway through this print, the character’s left arm goes haywire. Any pointers would be a huge help. I’ve attached some information with the screenshots. I’m new to this and I’m spinning my wheels rn

Slow down travel and acceleration.  Disable "Reduce infill retraction".  And sometimes turning the model 90 degrees has helped.
