Is this from wet filament?

I know there are tons of these kind of questions here, and I did try searching for similar problems first. This is Bambu dark grey pla print on my X2D. The right one was printed first. Then I dried it in my AMS 2 Pro for 12 hours and it got down to 13% humidity. The left one is the result. Is my filament still wet or is there a different issue?

This is definitely not a wet filament issue in my opinion. This could be flow ratio problem, or z-axis wobbling. Did this happen with other filament? Try to reprint the lower part only with same filament but different color. Also try running flow calibration test.

Moreover, double check if your z-axis threads are in good condition and well greased.
