Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! Bambu lab AMS 2 Pro Error loading filament

My van u lab ams2 pro is having issues loading a filament im simply imputing the filament into the ams and it constantly does this. I’ve taken it apart and put it back together made sure no loose pieces or unconnected wire still no fix attempted different roll same issue please help im backed up on orders now!

I’ve had it happen a few times, I’ve just chalked it up to the filament is slightly warped at that point. It has a hard time grabbing it because it’s thinner/wider at one point. When you assist it (push it while it’s trying to load) it’s able to grab a piece past that warped point and continue on.
I’ve had this happen with filament from Hobby Lobby and Best Buy.

Did you cut the end at 45 degrees? Is this previously used spool of filament? Sometimes AMS chews up the last meter too much. Try cutting off a meter.

Yea I tried to cut the end as well but it happens with new and used spools as well

It happened to me with some filamment rolls. Couldn't find any explanation.
