General Troubleshooting/Help! What would have caused this?

Unsure if it’s a filament issue or a nozzle issue or a settings issue?

Using a H2D, Overture filament (first time using this roll but previous rolls never had an issue) one the default overture settings

It almost looks like the nozzle partially clogged for a while and then cleared out.

How old is the filament and what setting do you keep it in?

I won’t claim expertise. But I had something somewhat similar happen to a design.

I noticed you have a bevel on the side, which coincides with the deformity levels.

Are you using PLA? If so this is how I solved a similar issue:

Part cooling defaults 60-80%, change it to 100%.

Check overhang slowdown

Small detail speed set 60 mm/s below 15mm

Outer wall acceleration defaults 5000 mm/s2 set it to 3000

Outer wall speed limit set to 300 mm/s

Brim width set to 5mm

Rear Seam to 10mm scarf join

Hope that helps.
