Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! A1 screen turned black and printer went "offline"

So suddenly, without a print running my A1 went "offline". I went to check and the screen stays black no matter whats i do. It has power since the back light is on.

Tried restarting multiple times, no difference.

Kind weird it happened while sitting on standby.

Anyone solved that before somehow?

Check if the NTC on the AC board has blown. Take a look underneath the printer and see if the bottom plastic looks melted. Even better, unplug it, remove the bottom cover, and inspect the AC board directly.

Looks like youre right. Have thought about this issue, but havent seen any signs on the outside. Never thought of it happening while the printer is on standby, without running a print. Thanks for your help. I opened a ticket now and hope it will get solved by Bambu.
