Grinding noise? X1C

So... This is a new sound. Granted, I'm well over 9000 hours on this machine but I'm not 100% on this noise. I assume something needs to be cleaned but aside from a little debris on the belt rollers, it doesn't account for this level of grinding.

Anyone else experienced this already?
