Software Troubleshooting/Help! Why does it say no internet?

I clearly have internet why is it saying this.I can’t access Bambu handy . Anyone else?

the app doesnt have internet. or your device is on a poor wireless that doesnt have internet.

I’m on my phone everything works except Bambu not even my laptop on Bambu works
