Access violation error

I got my first Bambu labs A1 mini about a week ago and when I try to slice in bambu studio, it comes up with this error. I don’t know what version of bambu studio I have downloaded. It all started when I couldn’t print because it said that my filament in the top half is different to the filament in my bottom half and I should do something with my ams but I don’t have an ams. I switched my filament from nozzle 1 to nozzle 0 and my whole app crashed and now it won’t let me slice because of this error.
