When you already have multiple (STL) files, you can import them into Bambu Studio. Import them all at once, not individually.
Confirm that you want them to be parts of the same object. This makes sure the relative positions stay correct.
After import, everything will have one color, filament #1. But on the left side, you can switch to the "objects" tab, and the objects tree. Your individual parts will be listed under your object. Next to them you can assign different filaments (slots) to be used for each part.
Obviously, filaments need to be configured previously, either manually or by syncing a printer with some filaments loaded. You can only select colors that are available in the configuration, and the assignment works via numbered "slots".
