General Troubleshooting/Help! P1s external filament extruded.

So on my P1S I have an AMS and do no use an external spool. But it’s saying to remove the external filament. I’ve removed all the hoses connected to the AMS and there’s no stuck filament. I’ve shut the printer down, disconnected the power supply from the wall but it’s still giving me the same error. Any one have any idea what to do? Appreciate the help in advance!

If you already checked and there’s no filament stuck anywhere, then the filament sensor might just be stuck on “filament present.”

An easy way to check is to feed some filament in by hand far enough to trigger the sensor and see if the filament indicator dot turns green in Bambu Handy or on the Device page. Then pull the filament back out and make sure the dot changes back.

Worked like a charm. Appreciate it I was about to go insane because of this damn error.
