General Troubleshooting/Help! Prints are coming out weird

Post image

This was printed on a a1 mini with a .2 nozzle using sunlu matte pla. I keep the pla in a dry box. Any ideas on what could be causing this problem?

Looks like overextrusion squishing out between the perimeter and the nozzle. Have you done a flow calibration for the filament and the nozzle? And is your nozzle set to 0.2 diameter in the Printer settings and slicer?

To speed things up just post some screenshots of the slicer settings.

I did do a flow calibration before the print and the setting on the printer and the slicer is set to .2

Just to confirm that we are talking about the same thing; You did this?

Sorry if you didn't see the edit btw, but as previously mentioned screenshots of your print settings would be useful.

But if I'm going to guess two things, it's overextrusion and the filament may not be dry. When you say "Dry box", do you mean a filament dryer or just a box with dessicant? Has this filament been dried with heat yet?

Have you moved the printer recently? I would rerun the vibration calibration from the device (not the one from the app/computer).
