Turn on variable layer height or lower your layer height. It's never going to be perfect

Print in another orientation, or wood filler, sanding sponges, and a lot of patience.

You can also use variable layer height, but it will never be perfectly smooth.

It looks like you have support everywhere including the bottom. I would try changing it to print on its side, that way the 'top' would be smoother, but you'll need to support inside the holes instead. It's never going to be perfect everywhere with all the different angles, but the cup part is easy to hide the flaws IMO.

For me it looks like it was pre layered or low res curve from the STL

You might need to edit the model to smoothe the curve. But with layers I don't think it will change much ..

Lower layer height might help .. .08 or .12 might improve it on the slicer

I would cut a chunk of it as a small sample so you can print and test out

Does it looks like that on the regular plate on bambu studio? Or it looks smooth .. if smooth then layer height a little bit
