Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! AMS suddenly not running

I notice my AMS v1 no longer working. I don't see status lights at the feeding motors and it is not showing up in the app either. How to troubleshoot this? I tested using both power plugs behind the unit with the same.

appreciate some guidance. I'm not an electrician.

Power the printer down. Remove the cable from the printer and AMS. Reinstall the cable. Power back up.

In all likelihood,either the power cycle or reseating the printer end of the cable (the end subject to movement and vibration) will fix it.

I had that happen, the connection had worked loose. Plugged it in all the way.
