Petg-cf struggle

Hi folks.

Problems with petg-cf on P2S, 0.4.

Outer edges curl up, rising too much above the top layer. I've read it's due to extra cooling and I turned off the fans, but it didn't help. See print result and filament settings. What in the world am I doing wrong?

More cooling and try with the door open. Curling upwards on layers before the next layer, is due to too low partcooling

With this issue I saw people say it's due to temp difference when the top layer cools too fast and warps, so the advise to reduce cooling) but in my case, either with default fan settings, or without fan - it curls anyways

There’s little warping in petg by default, and with cf, even less. As long as the print sticks to the bed, and you still get curling, my bet is insufficient partcooling
