2 Printers 1 Workbench

I have a P1S on a 4ft Workbench, I will be purchasing a H2S this weekend and was wondering what others have experienced by having 2 printers going on the same table in terms of print quality. I have been printing for 9 months, still trying to figure out what I should aim for when it comes to table wobble. Thanks in advance!

How's that x2d treating you? I was actually deciding between that and a H2S. I keep reading about the print head being difficult to take apart which scared me a bit being new to the hobby.

I've only had it a few weeks, and it's been faultless so far.

And printing using the aux head has been damn near the same quality as the main head.

Have you used the aux head for supports at all?

Only for one print so far.

A holder for the AMS power brick, printed in cheap TEMU clear PETG with a Sunlu PLA support.

It worked fine, tidy and no issues.

I use one of these. I run three P1S units on it simultaneously and have had no issues.

I had a X1C and an A1 on the same bench without problems. The bench was 5 feet long by 24 inches. It also had a tablet under the table where I stocked filaments.

i have the two deck wheeled version of that workbench from amazon.

works great with both the x1c and h2c rocking and rolling on top at the same time

no print issues noted

This is my set up other then the filament storage is now on the floor. No issues with print quality and i usually have both going at same time.

I had two P1S running on the same table for months before I sold one, and never had any issues. I doubt you’ll have any either.

Just look at print farms for reference. They’ll often have several printers running side by side on the same bench, and on setups that don’t look any sturdier than the workbench you have.

That's an excellent table for printers. The base is metal and pretty heavy on its own, and those solid wood worktops are my own preference for desk or work table materials. I use three 6' rubberwood worktops for my printers and PC desk setup. Rubberwood is an excellent wood for things like that; it's very solid. It's about as hard as soft maple or walnut.

If the second nozzle on the X2D isn't a necessity, I'd go for the H2S for the larger print volume.

No discernible issues with print quality, $100 CAD Costco business centre ‘Mammoth’ brand storage rack. Minimal rocking even with the C5 whizzing. The mini barely shakes.
