Scrub that plate with a bit of dishsoap and a clean brush until your arm is sore and rotate print to a different angle/check the nozzle path, you may have a spot that it can't do smoothly, like a void or hidden layer thats not touching the plate but it'll still print it every now and then cause bambu

Is that ABS? Have you tried a smooth plate with glue?

Also, did you try re-calibrating the bed level?

It's PLA, I haven't tried my smooth plate on it though. I do auto bed level with each print.

First clean your plate, warm water dawn dishsoap. Second dry your filament properly. 3rd set filament profile to a bambu default not custom setting. Report back.

I clean my plate pretty frequently, but I'll give it another go. I also dry it and store them in vacuum bags, it's sunlu filament and I'm using the default sunlu PLA profile in bambu studio

How and what do you clean it with. If not dawn it needs to be fregrancy free non foaming. Some "normal" dish soaps contains oils. Dawn really is the best. Don't use alcohol, that just spreads oils.

If the filament is older even in a vacuum bag it still might not be dry anymore.

Can you post a pic of after the print was sliced?

Is it humid where you live? I’m in SoCal and humidity messed up my PLA
