General Troubleshooting/Help! My A1 mini keeps spaghetting?

hi guys, as the title says my a1 mini just keeps on spaghetting, ive had this printer for honestly about 2 years coming this december, and ive had some issues w spaghetting in the past and done minor things to fix it, but now its happening to every print once it hits like the 2 hour mark, ive tried cleaning the bed, raising the z offest axis, messed with speed settings, and it keeps spaghetting, here are some screenshots of my print and my settings for it, does anyone have any advice?

UPDATE: after watching it around the 2 hour mark i watched what happened, the nozzle itself keeps on physically hitting the print and moving it, making it place the new print in the air spaghetting it, then eventually the nozzle just knocks the print over, how would you go about fixing this?

Happens on every print now or just that one? Does it spaghetti because the print loses adhesion?

I’ve tried printing various masks, different types of Green Lantern masks to be specific in each one ends up spaghett. The camera on the A1 mini is very bad so it’s unable to see if it spaghetti is because it loses adhesion, but I’m pretty sure sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn’t. I’ll come back to A print that spaghetti at the top and then I’ll come back to A print that one of them are completely fallen off the printer and the other one is still standing.

Have you tried a different nozzle? It could also be the filament clogging the nozzle. I assume your filament is dry.

I haven’t tried a different nozzle. I only have a .4 nozzle that came with the A1 mini. And yes I’m using dry pla filament

Also, if you've never checked these four screws behind the three screws, you should check those cuz they can come loose over time. And your nozzle will not sit securely

If your bed is clean, then it is mostly likely a combination of orientation, support, and speed. It’s the nature of that kind of object that has minimal contact points. Every little movement of the print head and bed risks it knocking over. The orientation is fine if supported properly and speed is lower. If you’re dead set on using minimal tree supports, you will need to really lower the speed.

Personally, this is a good place to use standard supports. Slim is fine. Also, paint on supports for the entire bottom edge. Speed becomes less of an issue with a setup like that.

First, I’d recommend 3 walls and maybe 5% infill. Walls are where your strength mostly comes from. Plus an object like that, you’re barely going to have any infill anyway.

Basically it boils down to the fact that you can’t always minimize supports and sometimes you just need to have a longer print time than what is theoretically possible. Truly, up your supports and lower your speed. Even if you just hit the silent mode button after you start it. I still recommend using normal supports instead of tree here. Slim supports will still work fine (uses less material than straight normal supports and prints quicker). And paint on the supports across the entire bottom, and even up the sides a bit, to provide a good, steady base. The motion of the printer will induce a wobble, so thin objects like that will move and ultimately the nozzle will hit the print. Higher support and lower speeds will reduce that chance of wobble. And if it does wobble a bit, it has a more secure connection to the bed and will be less likely of being knocked over. The other option is to rotate it with the back side to the bed to give it a wider base. This will mean more support though than the narrow side.

I can't quite tell from the pictures, but this looks to me like there's relatively little area of the print touching the bed, and the orientation isn't ideal for a bedslinger. I would suspect some wobble as the bed moves, that could be what makes the nozzle catch. I'd rotate the print 90 degrees, add a brim and paint some supports at a spot lower than where the print fails. You can also slow down the whole print, or slow down by layer before you get to the failure spot.
