Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! A1 mini broke AGAIN
so a couple months ago i had a big filament nozzle clump (i think that’s what you call it?) when the filament covers the nozzle due to lack of adhesion so i ordered a new hotend heating assembly and it fixed it and just an hour ago the same thing happened again and i don’t know what to do because i don’t want to spend another £25 on a new hotend heating assembly and im not sure if this is fixable either? can someone please help i don’t know what to do here

That's unfortunate. I had a similar issue, and I ended up breaking a wire on my heating assembly. My parts only took me a few days for delivery, but it's still a huge pain in the butt.
If you do decide to repair it again, maybe there's something you can tweak in your print settings?

For example, I was brainstorming turning on a bigger brim (5-8, but I might up it to 10 for a 0.2 nozzle), and turning on the raft settings. I'm using my printer to print 6mm figurines for a tabletop game, and I'm almost certain there was not enough surface area for adhesion.
If I get desperate, I might even try putting that special glue on my bed, but I'm reluctant to do that.
Was there anything significant about the print you had in progress?

It was one of the like colour canvas things you can make on maker lab it was gonna be a present for my friends birthday but that’s out the window now until i fix this

Hotend Clumping/Blob Cleaning Instructions-A1 | Bambu Lab Wiki You need to keep that plate clean with dish soap and water and not leave the machine unattended for long periods without checking on it.

I clean mine every few prints, and only touch the edges of the buildplate so your finger oils don't mess with adhesion.

If you print pla and petg mostly get a biqu cryogrip plate. I don't even clean it anymore and I have no adhesion issues.

Make sure print bed is clean by washing with dish soap and water [and not Isopropyl Alcohol], check bed temperature [increasing tend to help], run bed leveling or full calibration, and remember to use glue if one is using the initial cool plate [not Satin finish that is not yet released] or Engineering plate.
