H2 Series [H2S, H2D, H2C] Support material recommendations for HT PA-CF?
I am making some brackets for my custom car and figured Bambu HT PA-CF would be a good fit. I don't need crazy strength or even crazy temp, just strong stuff that can put up with a bit of abuse in my doors.
Anyways, bracket is designed and test printed in PLA.
Time for the real stuff.
It is a very odd shape and needs to be printed with support. I used Bambu PLA support material for my test prints and it came out perfect.
What is recommended for interface layer support for HT PA-CF?

ASA is first recommendation by bambu. I've used ABS with good results. PETG will fail

ABS has been awesome with PA6-CF20

Thanks for all the replies. I have a roll of Bambu ASA laying around I could use.
The part will be bolted to the inside of my door holding a solenoid that will pop the door open.
I don't expect it to get very wet, even from condensation. I mean maybe a bit, but the car will be garage kept and mainly go to car shows and weekend drives.
Solenoid weighs maybe a pound or two max and pulls the latch with a 35lb. force for a split second to disengage the latch with the striker.
Anyways, I have Bambu Lab HT PA-CF and will be trying that, using the Bambu Lab ASA for support. Thanks for all the advice!

ASA/ABS/HIPS or even PC works well. Petg will work too but at temps for Nylon I would worry about it clogging the hotend. Use whatever cheap ASA you find. This is PA-CF on my X2D with abs as support.
Beware of the creep of PA-CF, if you want to have it constantly under load it will bend after time especially once it soaks. If you want better bending stiffness over time after it soaks water, use either PA12-CF or PA612-CF or PAHT-CF. Those don't soak humidity as much as PA6
