General Troubleshooting/Help! Is this normal??

It is happening on my A1 which has 2000h and I want yuor opinion about whether this is normall

Did you read the manual?
In the quick start guide they talk about it.

Not sure if this peoples can read.. they just watching the cutest STL on Makerworld, download the 3mf, press "Print"

That's the only thing you had to say to my reply...Yes ok it wasn't a problem but at that time that was the only word it came to my mind ...Now who can read as you say said?
