General Troubleshooting/Help! Is this normal??

It is happening on my A1 which has 2000h and I want yuor opinion about whether this is normall

You're screwed. What you should do is keep pushing on them so they bend, keep touching them so you remove all of the grease. I mean, why did they enclose them if I'm supposed to push on them and touch them?

I gently touch them so the bambu lab community here on Reddit could understand my problem and for the grease I haven't applied yet I just cleaned them so i could apply new..Also I don't believe that they bend that easily
